and sent to Pumpkin Press,

Goods will be dispatched once payment has been cleared.
- Returns Policy; Goods must be returned within 14 days of receipt,
in original condition and packaging. We will then issue a refund for the
price you paid for the goods. Refunds may take up to two weeks from the
day we received the return. If you are returning an item because it is
damaged on arrival then we will reissue a replacement. Please include
a statement detailing the reason for the return and any invoice/reference
number in your order to process your refund efficiently. We will not refund
any postage incurred in returns. We cannot accept returns of books purchased
from third party sellers.
- If the products
are unavailable once your order has been placed, you will be refunded
in full.
- Customers reserve the right to
cancel their order within 48 hours of payment. The company should be
notified by telephone or email and a refund will be issued.
